Greenify your Jewelry

One of the easiest places to start when adding eco-chic items into your wardrobe is with jewelry! Places like antique stores or estate sales offer unique second time around gems and jewels, and by reusing these items today, you are making a green choice. You can also go the crafty route and make jewelry from existing items, like vintage pins or beads from your grandmothers’ necklace. But besides the second hand option, recycled materials are becoming more and more widely used for jewelry of all types.

I personally have been obsessed with Alex and Ani’s recycled pieces for a looong time now, but there are also many other places to find eco-friendly jewelry that won’t bust your budget! Check out my favorite picks below to do your part:

Water Lily Expandable Wire Bangle, Alex and Ani $28

Eco-Friendly Bracelet
, Etsy $15

Recycled Wine Bottle Necklace, Etsy $24

Earth Day Moss Ring, Etsy $12

Eco-Friendly Aquamarine Ring, Etsy $48

Typewriter Key Initial Charm Necklace, Etsy $34.99 (I received a similar one as a bridesmaid gift!)

Vintage Brooch Necklace, Etsy $55 (LOOVEEE the vintage brooch look!)

What do you all think of using recycled or second-hand pieces as your jewelry? Aren’t these finds gorgeous?
